The Dream For All Voucher Application Period Has Closed

California Dream For All Shared Appreciation Loan Program

The CalHFA Dream For All Program Voucher application period has now closed. If you applied, we know you are anxiously waiting to find out if your application was selected. The program received over 18,000 submissions and we are working quickly to review and audit the applications. If we need any additional information during this process, CalHFA will send a request to your email. Please check your email inbox and portal account frequently for updates.

In the next few weeks, the random selection process will take place at which time the status will be updated for all qualified applications to either ‘Not Selected’, ‘Waitlist’, or ‘Voucher Issued’.

If your application was Not Selected, don’t worry, you can still work with a CalHFA Approved Lender to explore other CalHFA down payment assistance options like MyHome and CalPLUS with ZIP.

If your application was placed on the Waitlist, check your voucher portal account frequently and monitor your email. If a voucher position becomes available and you are next on the waitlist, your status will change to 'Voucher Issued', and you will be notified by email, immediately.

If you are randomly selected to receive a Voucher, Congratulations! Detailed instructions and the next steps will be emailed to you along with your voucher documentation.
